In June 2025, Great Vision Nursery and Primary School embarked on an unforgettable educational adventure to the magical island of Zanzibar. Whether seeking cultural discovery or pure excitement, our pupils experienced the very best the island has to offer.
Over three days, they explored the Salaam Caves Aquarium, where they marveled at majestic turtles π’, wandered through the lush Jozani Forest, home to the rare and playful Red Colobus monkeys π, and stepped back in time in the historic alleys of Stone Town ποΈ. The journey also included a visit to Bunge la Wawakilishi Zanzibar π«, giving pupils a glimpse into civic life and governance, before splashing into fun at the Hotel Verde Water Park ππΌππ½ββοΈ.
This trip was more than just sightseeingβit was a handsβon learning experience that blended adventure, culture, and joy. Our pupils returned enriched, inspired, and full of memories that will last a lifetime. π
